A brand-new domain cannot send 500 mails on day one without being filtered — set "Domain sending since" to an earlier date if the domain is already warm.

Sending is an admin action. A token without admin rights may look at things,
but it cannot send anything and
cannot change the sender pool. The reason: a mail that went out cannot be recalled.
Mail only is the restricted mailbox token: Compose, Inbox, Sent and
Replies — receive, answer, send, nothing else. The other tabs are gone and the
server rejects their calls.
"Revoke" takes a token away for good; the last admin token is protected.
